Learning LINQ to SQL

It is usually hard to find right reading resource for technology. One can find a lot but precise information is hard to find. One of my co-worker asked me where to start LINQ. My answer at this point in time is simple, ScottGu's blog is a great place to start learning LINQ to SQL. Well, you can get a fair view of LINQ from this tutorial. http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/tags/LINQ/default.aspx. I read all blog posts and they helped me, one can find more links in these blog posts.

Axapta Migration

I been just quried in Solutions domain about a migration or porting project from Axapta 2.5 to Axapta 4.0. It was quite strange for me to find out about limitation of Migration tools provided by Microsoft. It clearly says that you have to migrate from Axapta 2.5 to Axapta 3.0 and than Axapta 4.0 (It does n't sound good, http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa497068.aspx ). Well we are going through POC but I still feel that some one some where might have realized the same extra step pain and must have done some thing about that. I searched but no yield in given time. Even after porting I don't think that any tool could be perfect you still need to work with MorphX and X++.
